OBJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conditions regulate the contracting of services, the use of the online platform and the general operating rules of IKIGAI EMOCIONALFIT SLU through the website. <a href=\"https:\/\/ikigaiemocionalfit.es\/en\/\">www.ikigaiemocionalfit.es<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contracting of any of the services implies full acceptance of these conditions and the internal operating regulations of the center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. SERVICES OFFERED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the website, users can contract the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training bonuses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutrition and sports psychology services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online workshops and programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly, semi-annual and annual subscriptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment is made directly on the website through <strong>secure payment gateway<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscriptions are <strong>automatic and recurring<\/strong>, with monthly renewals until the user indicates otherwise within the established deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscriptions may include commitments to remain <strong>3, 6 or 12 months<\/strong>, depending on the contracted modality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user will automatically receive a <strong>bill<\/strong> for each payment made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>early cancellation<\/strong> A subscription is only possible in exceptional cases provided for in the center&#039;s regulations (moving, injury, serious illness, etc.) and must be documented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To exercise the discharge, it must be done <strong>in writing<\/strong> and with a <strong>minimum notice of 7 days (no permanence)<\/strong> either <strong>1 month (with permanence)<\/strong> with respect to the start of the next billing cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No returns accepted<\/strong> of fees already paid or compensation for unused periods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complete conditions can be found in the document <strong>\u201cGeneral Conditions of Sale, Access and Use of Facilities\u201d<\/strong>, available at the center or by email request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. USE OF THE SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The use of the services is <strong>personal and non-transferable<\/strong>. The subscription may not be transferred to third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The sessions <strong>expire<\/strong> if they are not used within the time limits established according to the center&#039;s internal regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is mandatory to comply with the <strong>rules of conduct, hygiene and responsible use<\/strong> of the facilities. Any breach may result in the permanent termination of the user&#039;s duties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IKIGAI EMOCIONALFIT reserves the right to modify the operating rules at any time, for the benefit of the proper use of the center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Session cancellations must be made with a <strong>minimum 24 hours in advance<\/strong>, and only for <strong>justified causes<\/strong> (work, medical, family\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only allowed <strong>2 justified cancellations per monthly period<\/strong>Once this limit is exceeded, the right to recover the session is lost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accepted causes and complete procedure are included in articles 6.1, 8.4 and 8.5 of the center&#039;s general regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.
