Terms and conditions

1. OBJECT

These conditions regulate the contracting of services, the use of the online platform and the general operating rules of IKIGAI EMOCIONALFIT SLU through the website. www.ikigaiemocionalfit.es.

The contracting of any of the services implies full acceptance of these conditions and the internal operating regulations of the center.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Through the website, users can contract the following services:

• Training bonuses
• Nutrition and sports psychology services
• Online workshops and programs
• Monthly, semi-annual and annual subscriptions

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is made directly on the website through secure payment gateway.
• Subscriptions are automatic and recurring, with monthly renewals until the user indicates otherwise within the established deadlines.
• Subscriptions may include commitments to remain 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the contracted modality.
• The user will automatically receive a bill for each payment made.

4. CANCELLATIONS, WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

• The early cancellation A subscription is only possible in exceptional cases provided for in the center's regulations (moving, injury, serious illness, etc.) and must be documented.
• To exercise the discharge, it must be done in writing and with a minimum notice of 7 days (no permanence) either 1 month (with permanence) with respect to the start of the next billing cycle.
• No returns accepted of fees already paid or compensation for unused periods.

5. USE OF THE SERVICES

• The use of the services is personal and non-transferable. The subscription may not be transferred to third parties.
• The sessions expire if they are not used within the time limits established according to the center's internal regulations.
• It is mandatory to comply with the rules of conduct, hygiene and responsible use of the facilities. Any breach may result in the permanent termination of the user's duties.
• IKIGAI EMOCIONALFIT reserves the right to modify the operating rules at any time, for the benefit of the proper use of the center.

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS

• Session cancellations must be made with a minimum 24 hours in advance, and only for justified causes (work, medical, family…).
• Only allowed 2 justified cancellations per monthly periodOnce this limit is exceeded, the right to recover the session is lost.
• The accepted causes and complete procedure are included in articles 6.1, 8.4 and 8.5 of the center's general regulations.
